2v2 Queues

Considering joing the 70s bracket primarily for arena.
How active is it?
What are the queue times like?

usually very fast, and most hours of the day / night you'll get pops.

agreed with mute, it is usually quite fast. depends what mmr and time of the day you are playing. today for example we played 5 games in one hour and 20 minutes. we got 4 teamrating and all games were shorter than 3 minutes so i guess we were just unlucky. (queues were 12-13 minutes long)

Since this is my first post I cannot make a new thread so sorry if I'm hijacking this.

I got some questions regarding the level brackets in arena.

1: What are the brackets? Can you go arena at lvl 79, 89? Or is it 70, 80 and 90?
2: Is it possible to gain arena rating/points in the 70/80 bracket?
3: Is there any dedicated EU-guild?
