Vindication Battlegroup

Does anyone know the current queue times for Alliance in this Battlegroup at 19? I am currently a level 16 Feral Druid. And my gear is far from complete. But I am already enjoying the Twinking. Unfortunately, I do not have accurate queue times yet.

I read that thread, but unfortunately no one listed a Battlegroup, so I was not certain. I am not entirely sure on how it works now. I use to Twink back in Vanilla.
