If you have enough haste to drop CS down to 3.0 and the GCD to 1.0 why would you gear for even more passive haste? Your primary damage is CS and TV. MoP weapons render all Ret spell damage to a secondary role, ie it is a gap filler. I think 50% haste is the "soft cap". After that you should be reforging into Mastery.
