boa swords and daggers/outlaw are decent, maybe even 2x wicked(ib4 they are trial daggers, they still have amazing stats)
But,the best weapon , MH would be Crescent of Forlorn Spirits - Game Guide - World of Warcraft, which could be enchanted with mongoose. I knew a "29" twink (24 as of now) who wanted to make a 29,but abandoned him and only came back recently, having this weapon which could be enchanted with mongoose. The quest chain required level 21 i believe, so the weapon could be picked up as early as level 21
But, Bangalsh's and outlaw would probably be the best combo(max AP)

It boils down to playstyle and situational plus pockets heals. Blackvenom Dagger hand can proc and remove you from stealth , but has never happened yet to me But, I only wear my dagger situationally.
Safe path is outlaw with b.claw offhand. If your alliance double dagger or some people like boa in main hand with weapon chain and b.claw. Like I said its all prefrence. I've seen double Boa maces - the haste from maces along stacking haste trinkets x 2 plus with the haste from boa pants and 40 haste from herbalism. haste stacking ive seen effective & very smexy.
Best rogues are the ones with different gear sets & think out of the box, IMO
