Meadow Ring's (Change)

So i was looking through my bank and found some of my old Meadow Rings and noticed that all the stats were changed,

Same thing with all my other rings ...
they all got lowerd to 2-2
i looked it up on Wowhead and it still shows it as if they werent changed

I wonder if this also changed Eluding rings, not a big issue just prety lame :/
