Hacked, awkwardly O.O

  • Soo I recently logged into WoW to be told there is an authenticator on my account.

    I went through the recovery steps (5+ recoveries and 10+ password resets in 48 hours) but have not gotten ONE email from Blizzard to confirm my change, or anything at all, and I am still locked out of the account.

    As of now the password is changed also so I don't know if there is an authenticator.



    What can I do?
     
    Keep trying?

    Also it might be a bit of a crap time for it to happen as it is a weekend? You might have more joy come Monday when most of them are back in the office!
     
    I thought that the password reset was automated, however.

    I didn't even get an email from the automated system saying that a password reset was taking place.
