Ok so I discovered that if you use the Repurposed Lava Dredger with a counter weight on it and 10 haste on gloves for a warrior your wep speed will be 1.56, heroic strike is a 1.5 cd so think about it. If your wep speed is pretty much as fast as heroic strike then you cant rage starve as easily. Dodges will always be the killer.

Do you have heroic strike at 1 or isn't it just "Strike"?
They gave warriors Heroic Strike back in 5.0.4.
Anyone experienced with Level one warriors? Would like to see an updated guide to it
