Splosion/409 MoP BLUES / this will do it

K so i just thought of something rather interesting..

so splosion you managed to tank sha of anger for a 1 minute and deliver 10M damage in that video... so blizzard dont give a crap about 80s clearly.. and they only care about 90s.. so wouldnt it be ideal to set up a 25-40man group of 80s (in full mop gear) to rape sha of anger? this will show blizzard that it actually affects alot of things


THOUGHTS?

Splosion tanked sha of anger for 1minutes and dealt 10million damage

sha of anger has what 200m hp?

so.. imagine 25-30 Splosions.. in the group (1 tank ofc then rest dps/healers)

thats more then enough to do it

then blizzard will be like "ohh look 80s crappin on 90 content"

Hit cap wont be a problem u can gem/reforge... and gain passively 20% >_> if you do it right


Its funny how im 85 now but i still care about 80s.. oh that shadowmourne laying in my bank.. why oh why :D

Rofl, that might be an idea. I do have some plans for Sha of Anger, but atm I can't get everyone online at the same time to try it, but if that doesn't work, it's probably worth a shot (hitcaps are shit, and the only reason I survived for 1 minute was because 400k AP buffed sacred shield and some serious cooldown stacking ;P)
 
i can PROMISE You my dick.. if this can be pulled off.. 80S WILL And i mean WILL get those items taken off..

but only if its under 40 80s..

because its obviously possible if you brought like 600 80s

25 80s would do the trick ;)

How the hell are you supposed to kill a level 93 boss when you have like 5% hit chance against him?

I'm also wondering how the hell you got to fight him for a whole minute without a 100+ 90s joining in?

Yeah, 1k a piece is so damn expensive.
 
I have around 22% hit, but I still land a large number of my attacks. I've a funny feeling that because of a boss mob doesn't strictly have a "level", it's just something that determines levels of required hit and expertise.

As for being able to attack him? I'm on Lightning's Blade. There's so few people on that realm that they've probably all done it by the time I choose to pull him.

Something weird is up with some of them anyway. perhaps I won't get to after all xD

Edit: Yeah, they bounced mastery into crit on some pieces. Doesn't change much, although my bug is a little hard to achieve now.

You talk to much jesus stop crying... about everything little toddler and quit if you dont like it just because splosion is better then you? take ur jealously else-where
 
Best attempt I've had was around 66%, doing 80 million damage using two paladins. Since the mastery changes to the 409s landed after this, it's a little hard to repeat (just gonna have an 81+ paladin give me BoM for next attempts).

However, he always MC's at least 3 targets. This means that if you're solo, you get MC'd and he despawns. I grabbed in a couple friends (Thanks Aelo and Dranah) but then the RNG was against us, and I didn't get nearly as good attempts at it (plus it was late xD).

Will keep trying though, but I figure the only way to kill him is in <20sec, before my cooldowns run out.
