Insane increase in number of hackers?

Has anyone else been dealing with players hacking on an extremely frequent basis lately? I've been watching players cap in the first 3 seconds, take 0 damage without any shields or buffs up while whey should be getting absolutely destroyed by the attacks getting sent at them, players flying across the map at over 9000x run speed, players dealing 1000+ damage auto-attacks without crits... all on lvl 20 trial accounts. It's really obnoxious.

Funny to watch when it happens but remember they are all possibly banned right now.
