    • You might be thinking, ''oh god, here goes crazy coot lokah with those stupid threads'' well you are incorrect. Lately I've been seeing, as a matter of fact my whole experience on these forums, I've seen fights between two people, or a group of people, because of something that happended in game or through vent etc... and they bring their problems with them and proceed with polluting nice and helpful threads, or even making threads about it, and to be honest I'm sick and tired of it, the real purpose of having a forum is, as a matter of fact twinkinfo it's self, is to share and educate people on what's going on in their brackets. I'll be honest if we didn't have this site I'm 99.9% sure their would be a lot more dead brackets. I'm not trying to aim this thread to anybody, it's just here to tell people if you have a problem don't bring your war here. I may be drunk, but i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one if thinks that this has to stop.

    Lock this thread if you want mods, but i'm sure deep down inside you know it's right. CAN'T STOP THE MACHINE.

    Not sure why a mod would close this, it's true. Though the presentation could have been cleaned up a bit :p

    Most of the drama we wind up having to clean up in threads is a result of, as you say, two groups of people most of the time.
    Whether it's, horde or alliance; 24s and 20s; GY farmers or non GY farmers; or just people who have issues with someone/another guild; and they bring conflicts that have little to nothing to do with what might be a helpful thread, and pollute it.

    While this is clearly just a hastily, and as you said yourself drunken made thread, it does point out a large issue with many people using these forums, which is that many people bring their own personal conflicts into a thread, and then not only create flaming from the other side of their issue, but also derail what might have been an otherwise constructive or helpful thread.

    I'm pretty sure lokah is like 15, and not drunk. His signiature said something about 10th grade. Anyone with a sig about prison sex scare tactics used in a 10th grade class, and electropop singer/gamer Lights as an avatar is probably not sipping anything but root beer. No offense Lokah, but you aren't typing like a drunk bitch, believe me!



    Edit: It may be My Ego talking, but I feel this is an @thread. Also, when referring to "My Ego", please be sure to capitalize, as it is a sentient being and deserves respect.

    Your Ego vs. mystery accounts may have played a part in the most recent thread lokah's complaint is addressing, but it's been a very common trend lately not exclusive enough to warrant considering this an @thread. It's very clearly a general statement of how many many many threads turn out.

    I'm 24, i think lights is hot even though i dislike her songs, I got a 93% on my english on my english final exam.

    It's more of what the strangers are taking away from otherwise productive/helpful threads.
    Most of us on here are pretty thick skinned, so I don't think it's a matter of having hurt feelings. it's the fact that once derailment of a thread begins, it's not likely for it to get back on to the OT.
     
    the purpose of this forums is for kratos to lock/delete threads he doesnt like obviously nah jk
