Splosion Mr Theory Oct 11, 2012 #3 >.< I assume he was after rating. 7.5% hitcap = 769 rating. 75.% exp cap = 769 rating. Spell hit cap (15%) = 1538 rating. Expertise and Hit contribute to spell hit now. Feel free to reforge to expertise as a caster.
