Charged gear (gnomeregan rings)

I have decided to create a 24 twink, and its turning out pretty well.
However, im not sure what to get for rings. Is it still possible to obtain charged gear of the eagle with the stats 7/6 ?

nope now u get: 5stamina 5intelect,4nature resistance,4arcane resistance.

This cuz now resistances have bigger valor, they give more % of less damage taken agaisnt the magic spell.

you can only get 5/5 ones, but the resistance makes it a good choise.
