19 Rogue Sen'Jin Questions

Hello community. I'm currently one the free trial of the scroll of rez. I haven't played my twink since BC. I have a lot of questions as to if twinks are still alive or not and how the PvP system currently works. I tried queing about 20 minutes ago and was in the que for about the same time, and had nothing. How long does the que usually take? Anything would help since WoW has changed tremendously. Thanks.

When you get in a battleground it will be with players from across all US battlegroups, not just the one you are in.

Failingyou (also a rogue) is the only 19 twink I remember seeing on Sen'jin Alliance side. Played a few games with him last night as well.
