I don't know much about Druids, but I wouldn't advise a Black widow band on one unless you're doing pve. Just my 2 cents ofc

for your warlock, if your going that approach (im assuming the chest was +shadow damage that got changed to int in the mop prepatch) id get the chest off the last boss on deadmines as it gives 6 stam 8 int (highest int chest that isnt gf'd)

my pally has a max sp set, im only missing 8 int grunt's legs (was +9 healing before mop prepatch)
