basically, you can get an 85 to apply Living Steel Belt Buckle - Item - World of Warcraft to these belts through trade window by a known exploit. people in 20-24 have been doing it for ages.

Before you accuse anyone of cheating, make sure you the cheat the way you think it is. The cheat tou're thinking of is a drop belt in a dung raid or world boss where you can trade Bopitems through trade even after tinker. What tou accused splosion of was stupid, read thr damn tooltip, MAKES THE ITEM BOP
