In all honestly the effect of using them would be worse than using the gem exploit.

Actually only the high dodge classes would even feel a difference against someone who uses that weapon chain.

You make a good point, but it, if I'm not mistaken, completely voids Evasion and makes rogues take at least 1/3rd more damage. This isn't fair in a competitive environment.

soft cap is vs casters i think

casters have 5% base dodge and that's it, only reason to get this much exp is, as previously stated, vs rogues

Yes, I can confirm that it works, on both ranged and melee weapons. 200 expertise equals 118.18% reduced dodge/parry chance.

Inc wankfest of whitecapped unavoidable rogues. And other classes I suppose. Kinda gutted this has been found now AFTER I gear specifically for expertise on my monk...ohwell

Lol D hunters has now become more powerful with this Im using it right now when rogues pop evasion nothing gets dodged at 19 GG Rogues your O is DEAD to me!
