I absolutely disagree with crude words having beneficial effects such as making "dumbed down" people stop and think.
- For me personally it only leaves a bad taste in my mouth to see potential discussions spin off into insult trading.
- I know for a fact that Earl is not insecure, as you seem to think for some reason, and the crudeness just understandably prevents him from taking anything you say seriously.
I don't really care enough to argue further about what are obvious differences in what we all seem to think should be allowed on this forum. I do suggest reporting threads or posts you feel are against what the CoC allows, and just ignoring threads that you can't think up a reason to report for but feel are so annoying for whatever reason that any post you would make would end up employing insults.
If you still feel you're waking up the braindead masses by using disrespectful language I will still only feel the urge to report your posts.
