So far not alot, except some new items in the 29-39 brackets from new scarlet dungeons and scholomance.
Ofc also alot of new account wide mounts and pets
Heirloom pants,
Heirloom staff with same stats as the mace.

With the new patch, also the ability to transmog heirlooms into questitems from main char doesnt seem to work anymore

I guess its by exploring MOP lands we will find out, but most of those things will be bugs or exploits and will be fixed eventualy...

Though most useful items pretty much just got their name changed. Heirlooms are still better wherever they can be equipped.
One good thing is the mass looting, makes farming ceremonial gloves or other BoE greens alot easier.

I mostly meant the NPCs.

Barely any 10 monks around even...
I'm working on one, though AGM is a bitch with the crossrealm STV arena.
Got 2 faction's BiS items, 2 Slayer's Bands and Ceremonial Leather Gloves. Those 500+ crits are enjoyable though.

are you playing it as WW, cause i think the applicable BM talents are higher than 10 right?
