Starting to see a lot of Hunters lately.

Which is good because now we can take out those pesky Druids/Priests. Tired of hearing people complain because of "over powered" classes when the bracket just lacked class diversity since the patch.

Druids/Priests < Hunters (provides enough CC and Pressure for solo/multi-kills)
Paladins/Shaman < Rogue (applies enough pressure for team kills)

Just wish I could find a use for my Warrior who's collecting dust.

Also, since the Explosive Shot buff Survival is viable again, people have just been saying otherwise because they just aren't used to resilience not letting them 2 shot people anymore. Survival puts out pretty good DPS compaired to the other two specs. I pull around 75 in Beast Mastery and 93 in Survival.

Beast Mastery is still WIDELY more useful then survival however. The DPS lacks a bit, but Kill Command is nice burst on demand. That's not the thing though; the real gem is Intimidation \ whatever the three second stun is.

Hunters (hopefully) will never again be on par with the burst of a rogue, warrior, feral, etc.. thus the stun becomes very, very critical for 1v1 \ CC purposes - which is our new point. Heals being so large at the moment, the stun is so important as an extra heal interrupt and three seconds free of damage. That brings us up to three interrupts; scatter, stun, and moth \ monkey ( which should be one of your two pets).

Just my two cents.

Kill command does solid damage but it's just too clunky, situational, and does less damage vs. resource consumption, but that's just my opinion.

HoJ on a ranged class is nice though. (Intimidation)

Yeah, I just got my hunter up to 20 a day or two ago, I'm really enjoying BM. The damage is solid but not OP, that's a really good thing. The mobility/CC is crazy amounts of fun, and the defensive capabilities for your FC are amazing - especially against rogues (roar of sacrifice, mark, dots, disarm, scatter). I'm definitely still working on pet management (I've never played a hunter/lock past level 10 before) and getting up to speed with it in general, but its just awesome and there's so much potential for it. If I get sad about not being able to kill a pally, I just jump-turn disenage (female worgen jump animations are amazing) and sprint in circles for EIGHT SECONDS. I had no idea how great Posthaste was!

Only semi on topic, but hunters are miles ahead of mages in survivability, mobility and utility with better consistent damage and way fewer full 2 second hard casts. Also, the spellbook actually goes onto a second page >.<. Its such a fun class.

I never stopped seeing hunters on alli, but now I'm seeing more capable hunters at least. :3

KC is a waste imo, but hunter can lock up a healer very well unless the healer is smart enough to kill the pet.

I can't really say I have mastered the class, but it's been quite interesting even with my little experience! The abilities are strong if used properly and the added knowledge from tracking and even Eagle Eye can make the difference! With some other cc around (polymorph, fear, hammer of justice etc.) and an interrupt or a Purge you can take down pretty much anyone! Let's hope that more people will learn how to play with their hunters so that we can kill those healers! And that comes from a fanatical healer!

I believe that hunter is still the strongest DPS class in this bracket, alongside boomies. Arcane shots critting for 250, with massive amounts of CC. You should be able to kill any DPS class 1v1, and some of the healing classes as well, which is saying a lot. They didn't get nerfed, they got fixed.

Idk. I love hunters, but they lack a finisher. I think kill command should work more like a warrior's execute, both powerful and flavorful.

hunters are great vs druid and rogue stealth now, i use this macro to bust up rogues. Very helpful for me since i listen to music and not in-game sounds so i don't hear the stealth sound. I just spam it if i notice a stealth on my radar or screen.

GG earlier not letting the GY farming scrubs on my team get that third cap. Disappointed you didn't let me make a campfire on roof with you though :(.
