TCG question

So I purchased an Ogre costume for a mage twink of mine at 19.

Upon a direct check, I recieved an invalid code. The website is WoW TCG Loot - I've seen only good reports for them, other then their purchase limits. Does anyone (familiar with the site) know if I can expect a refund \ new code?

you didn't get a wrong code you didn't redeem it on wow's website
World of Warcraft Promotional Code Retrieval Page input the code they gave you here and you will get the code you can redeem in game.

No; the code is wrong \ has been used.

I submitted the website multiple times and was told that the code was not invalid.

yes you will get a new code. go to WoW TCG Loot: Contact Us and submit a contact form, and they will get back to you within 24 hours. My friend has purchased over 1,000$ in codes from them (to sell to me for gold lol), and has never had a problem with them. Don't worry you will get a new code.

I've had the problem twice that a code was invalid. I contacted them; they verified it was fake and gave me a new code to compensate.
