Outlands Bug?

For some reason, you can no longer port to outlands? you just walk through the portal instead of zoning in to it?
Is this so same for you guys (everytime I go to the port, many horde 85 and ally 85 fighting over the zone for some reason, maybe they bugged it or its a bug on its own?)
