40% base resil makes 80 healers stronger than MoP twinked 84's?

i believe 80~84 will soon be active due to the recent changes (everyone is wotlk by default now)

i was looking at some character templates, any 80 healer can stack resil and obtain almost 85% resil making them vastly superior than 83/84 healers.

man, i wish i had an 80 healer instead of rogue.

Weren't they already superior to 84 healers? Even pre-patch i could heal for more, for longer than the competitive 84s.
