Hi there. I'm new in the twink business and I want to try the 39 bracket but I can't find any update guide that can help so I hope there is no problem if I ask my questions here.

First things first I play a Hunter (sorry bout that).
Witch consumables are available for the bracket?? Heavy Runecloth is worth using considering the health pool??
The armory topic is not update I think. So for a hunter what is BiS?? Again as a Hunter it is worth doing a FC set ?? If yes witch items are BiS for FC hunter??
In the gear question right now I'm farming AGM and I have Insignia any others trinkets that I should look for??
And last I see a lot of hunters using Turtles. Whats the deal? Turtles are really good for pvp? I usa a bat and he do the job most times.

Currently the BiS Specs for Hunters are BM(for Control) and MM(for DMG). However MM's only real damage comes from aimed shot but GL casting that.
BiS Pets are Monkey(stun) and Scorpid(for disarm)
The Best Bandage we can use is Netherweave Bandage(you can use them but you cant make them). Most BiS Twinks will have over 4k HP. Most Healers will have over 4.5k hp. And Most Flag Carriers will have over 7k HP. So a 4k Heal is not too shabby in this bracket.
You won't see any Hunter's with a Flag Carrying Build. This is because hunters no longer gain a Stamina buff from Survival(or any spec at that). Prot Paladins and Prot warriors just make better flag carriers in general.

It's hard to say what is BiS. Blizzard changed hunters so that their ranged abilities can be dodged, so you will need to get some expertise. However Hunter's PvP Hit cap is currently set at 3%.

Just so you know, in this bracket: Hunters are in no way Overpowered and 99% of the time a Hunter will be on D with the FC. This is because they have flare and Roar of Sacrifice and they can track humanoids so they know when an INC is coming. Not to mention BM has so much Control, that they act as a Stunlocker.

Go to this thread:

39s Thread of Call Me Definitely - Forums - World of Warcraft

Look through all the 39 hunters you see and you should get a pretty good idea on how to gear.

Here's some basic ideas on how to gear properly:

Get a little expertise
Get 3% hit but dont get overhit capped if at all possible
make sure you have some sort of speed increase to your boots
Make sure your over 3.8k HP
Use a non-boa cloak and enchant it with Spell Penetration(pvp power).

Also, go to wowhead and do some self-research by using the search engine.
