Don't know if this has been posted b4, but with account wide mounts you can now use the Sea Turtle mount at any level.

Just use the macro:

#showtooltip Sea Turtle
/cast Sea Turtle

Hmmm just tried and its working. Need to use it in macro form like posted b4 cant just use it from the spell book. And goes without saying, but you need to have it ...

It worked on my lvl 20+ toons, not on my 19 twinks (should've clarified). I haven't checked if it works since I posted, I'll try again later.
