Glove Reinforcements - Item - World of Warcraft, significantly buffed in 5.0, can be applied to gloves with item level greater than 60, but you need a 60+ to do it. you can't do it through trade window because it would say"you can only use it on items you own".
so this makes BoE gloves significantly better than BoP gloves (if you like stamina).
