Account Name Change

I have a question that I think people here can answer for me. I have two accounts with different names. One of them is my ex-girlfriends account. I would like to transfer a character from her account to mine. Blizzard says that I need her to call Blizzard and make the name change. I know people here have done this before, and I am wondering how intense these questions are? Can just any girl with information on the account owner (address, full name, driver's license) call for me and get this done?

You may want to try posting this in the 19s area if you don't get a response here, I'm pretty sure a number of those guys have done this before and may be able to help.
