Just grab some 7/6 green bracers till you get the Unearthed Bands, just make sure they ilvl 35+ for the BC enchants. It may be worth weighing up the Scarlet Halls ones with your chosen Vanilla wrist enchant to compare what stats you are after (i.e. survivability or more dps).
P.S. Interesting fact of the day number one: I am getting the extra 8 stam and 8 agi from having Unearthed Bands of the Monkey atm on live. Whether it is just a bug and will be fixed remains to be seen. It was the same on the Beta too, I suspect it will be changed, but if not try to get "of the Monkey" ones of course!
