Ask yourself two questions.

1) how are those classes in other brackers
2) how are those classes at current endgame.

We don't have access to the cool stuff that would make 85 twinks better than "normally geared chars", so I wouldn't speculate, at least until MoP.

Personally I'll be twinking my paladin and possibly dk at 85, because they both have unobtainable gear. Both classes are looking good at 85, currently at least. ^^
