Check the armory lists for warriors in whatever spec you want, there are no warrior twink guides in the guide section for 19s, but if you can't be bothered to search the lists yourself, look at Critrage @ Draenor EU, he's gotta be somewhere around BiS or something.

Is there a logic behind your capital letters? Not trying to insult you in any way, just wondering because it's almost as distracting as Azol's way to quote :)

Im BiS. If your Alliance or not scared of night elves sub in Sparkmetal for Most Trusted and Band of Argas/Seal of Sylvannas/Band of Foul Strength/Family Seal for Demon Band. Also against Rogues/Ferals I would suggest leaving on the most trusted, subbing in Expertise BoA Helm for Dps BoA Helm and Bravo Company Singet for Demon Band.

Night Elves have a racial ability that gives incoming attacks an extra 2% chance to miss. My gear options are simply more or less hit rating depending on the faction you play.

The hit cap against everyone else is 6 because they do not have the passive night elves do. If your playing alliance you never run into night elves in the gulch. So running with 6 hit rating is perfectly fine.
