7/10. Looks pretty good, with a couple of important upgrades to consider.
Glyph of Purge -- it's honestly OP at 29. Purging enemies between casts makes an impact, and reduces the only possible threat to you running low on mana.
The new Scarlet Halls drops the Temperature-Sensing Necklace and Beastbinder Ring, both upgrades for you.
An AGM to replace your Discerning Mark will also augment your survivability.
Seriously consider using the engineering cloak. That sounds ludicrous at first, with it providing AGI that you don't need. But the 16 PvP power cloak enchant increases your healing (and damage) by almost 5%, one of the best enchantments in the bracket, and only available on the engineering cloak.
You could argue 30 spell power to your weapon over 22 int, but I think it's a wash.
I think you'll get more value from 12 stam to bracers, but a glassier crit build could work fine for you, so hey.
With more focus on instant-cast spells now for resto shamans, I think you'll get more out of 20 spellpower to gloves instead of 10 haste. We can't get enough haste at 29 to reach the first break point for the Riptide HoT, so we won't see much impact.
For talents, seriously consider Nature's Guardian, which works differently now. When it procs, you get the 10 second boost to maximum health just like in Cata, but you also get that health added to your current total. It's an instant self-heal that procs when you need it the most, even if you're stunned.
I think you could make an argument for the Enduring Cap, so I wouldn't get too concerned about not having the BoA helm.
