I have never seen this other guy fight, but I have fought Mindy, and got beat handily on all my toons. Though its probably because I am not as good as I would like to be. So I'll place my vote with her :3

EDIT: And for the record, I call people him/her by the gender of their toon as I always have since its easier, so I apologize if I get Mindy's gender wrong. its just easier to go by the avatar.
