In the 19s section and the F2P section it seems that holy shock was nerfed to the ground. Any luck in the 70s?

Now all we need is a massive massive healing/absorb reduction.
Well for priests + barrier, the shaman totem is fine (if anything slightly underpowered) .

you also forget that the absorbs are op and need to be scaled down.. very hard to 3v1 a disc / shadow
