Battle cry

Alright, before I ask my question let me set this up for you.

You're the one of two people on Horde side alive, the other one being a druid in your flag room with their flag, all of the Alliance are coming straight at you and they have a 500 health rogue as their flag carrier with 10 stacks, the score is 0-0.
You know you can kill that rogue in one hit easily so you make the decision to run into them, nuke the rogue, return the flag with honor (real honor, not the currency) and win the game for your team.
If you main a stealth class, you are unstealthed and incombat.
Paladins you do not have your bubble, et setra.

What is your battle cry as you run in?
and you must have one to post.

"HERE COME'S THE BOSS FIGHT!"

Is that your version of "et cetera" / etc. or the american version of it.... ? I saw is not the first time you use it...
Nah it was actually a joke I kept using on my friend because he was riding someone about their grammar and ended a sentence with it spelled "setra" and I poined out he misspelled it and got all but hurt, so I started ending all my sentences with "et setra" and it stuck. S'pose I should work on that.

And by the... way...Are you going to start opening threads after threads .... AGAIN ?
I've posted four today, One letting people know they can free up a bag-space, another asking about the tuesday maintenance, one about a newly released race (to F2P) and then one off-topic one to give people who are up late something to post in.
All of which I might add have (at the least) an hour between each other or (in most cases) a few
My apologies for contributing to the community and then asking for help from said community I guess? ;~;

Since... this is your... third...TI Account... I am right? ... No ? ... ( And you use at least 2 of them )... I don't know if you have other TI Accounts.. too ... I think you've been here for a while and you know about this thread : QUESTIONS & ANSWERS - The place for any question about F2P .

Threads like that are practical in theory but flawed in practice. They're mostly built for veterans to corral content they would rather not have to skim over. It ostracizes new members and makes them lose confidence in their ability to get use out of the site. Letting questions' titles flow with the rest of the content gives them more visibility, which is always a good thing with user-generated-content sites.

If you look at that thread you posted, the last post is a question. It was posted yesterday. If you look at threads titled with questions, they have answers. Quick answers, without any complaining, and helpful dialogue.

Moreover, using the search function and finding a thread on your question is much more valuable than searching for your question and finding a thread that's 25 pages long.

Yes, this is my Fifth Twinkinfo account, I was changing them as I change my title, it's going to stick as this one for quite some time as I do not know which title I'm going to use permanently once I resubscribe my account, most likely Herald of the Titans, but I might just keep my general "the Druid" on Twinkinfo to make things a bit easier, but Herald of the Titans is quite tempting.
and as for the Questions and Answers thread I tend not to post there as things can get lost in the sea of questions quickly, that and it's easier to get the attention of people who (Oh I don't know) have maybe played a F2P goblin at 20 this soon into a newly released patch, as well as possibly having that goblin at their disposal to go check really quick how much damage the racial ability does.

I disagree strongly. When I was a completely new user myself I really did not feel comfortable creating threads for what I myself considered banal or short questions. Actually I still don't.

Not everyone feels comfortable creating new threads. I made the thread for people like me. There are some who'd let some questions rest unanswered or figure out the answers alone before making a new thread for them. This way it has actually encouraged new members and made them gain confidence in their ability to get use out of the site.

I do agree, if it was required to ask questions in there, it would ostracize new members. But it isn't after all.

Letting questions' titles flow with the rest of the content gives them more visibility, which is always a good thing with user-generated-content sites.

Agree with both points. The questions thread is not intended for new topics that need to be immortalized in a thread title so as to be accessible via site search. The questions thread actually has a guide in the first post on how to use site search.

Everyone is free to do what they want, but I would personally prefer to ask a question like "So what's the word? It's Tuesday, are we free of Holy Paladins yet? inb4 buhbuhbuhbirdbirdbird" in an established thread and wouldn't feel comfortable posting it as a new topic.

If you look at threads titled with questions, they have answers. Quick answers, without any complaining, and helpful dialogue.
That depends entirely on the question. There have been some questions asked in special ways that for whatever reason have brought plenty of complaining and anything but helpful comments.

That said I don't really like pressuring people to ask in the questions thread. It's only there so people have a choice.

Oh, gee, and on topic:

Yde, when I type sentences in all caps, why does it all revert to normal when I click send?
It's one of the vBulletin spam failsafe addons Shane has implemented, similar to the censored word recognition. Because too much all caps makes eyes bleed. ^^

You can use a SMALL AMOUNT OF ALL CAPS by using enough lower case words in your post.

Send Shane a Pm and he'll change the Username of an account. That is NOT against the CoC.

Creating multiple accounts IS against the CoC, though.

Just thought I should tell you.. :x
