Resist gear for 19s

Hi guys, I am somewhat new to 19 twinking. (I had a Scout tauren druid on Llane in classic and dabbled a bit in Cata. Now I'm really loving MoP 19s.)

I'd like if someone could tell me all (or most) of the resist gear I can get on a 19. Thank you! ^_^

Enchants are grandfathered, so I think just the rings and possibly keeshan's bandana- idk if they took it out

5 resist cape enchant is gone? i got the bandana on my shaman. so all that's left are the rings?

On my unbound list of rings, I got:
2x +4 Fire Resistance
3x +4 Frost Resistance
2x +4 Arcane Resistance
1x +4 Nature Resistance
1x +4 Shadow Resistance

1x +3 Arcane Resistance (Quartz ring)

Firebane Cloak still gives 5 fire res I think.

all the resist gear is still available but the enchants are gone

Don't forget the BoA mace has 15 fire resist as well.

3 pieces from the defias set also give +5 arcane resist.
