It's a bit outdated though, since you need 13 hit I believe for casters. Balance has to be quite skilled and/or lucky to win a hpala from what I've seen. Holyshock is a strong spell to be healed with rejuvenation only. You do good dps as balance but holypala does huge healing too
and has bubble also, if things get tight.Happy twinking, make your fellow druid proud!

chardev 9 this is what I roll with (2x boa trinket cuz I haven't got AGM yet, but still doesn't seem to be able to die so not sure what's BiS there tbh) 11 hit rating and I went with 7 int to bracers for max crit but 15 SP could probably be better in most cases!
