If you wish to level a guild right now there is a goblin in org and either SW/IF that is promoting the saturday fishing derby, if you complete that quest you can gain guild rep and guild exp. You must be level 35+ with 200+ fishing. Good luck my friends.

I think there's only a certain amount of XP a guild can earn pr day.
But in theory, yes.

There is no exp cap, it was removed with patch 5.0.4 you can level the guild easily in one day.

only need fishing 176.... on my guild bank i got a little over 1/2 way lvl 1 and my guy to exalted then the guild rep stops...if any nubez out there like me can use this info.
