2 hours of farming. Are there ANY confirmed drops, Horde?

I believe it is bugged.
I just got it on my alliance toon in 5 kills. Other alliance report it dropping, however horde do not. So I would wait it out :/

Probally a bug, or it's grandfathered.

It's currently bugged right now, it only drops for alliance, their's a thread in the 15-19, where somebody x-fered to alliance and got it.

I can't confirm because i don't have characters around that level, but are the the NPC quest giver still there?

Its marked Obselete for Horde, probably to stop double Argas in the 19's bracket which makes frankly no sense.

I genuinely hope that's not why they did that. Grandfathering gear is absolutely not the way to balance a bracket.

Alot of NPC ID's are messed up aswell. I had the Goldtooth necklace drop of some random wandering Kobold aswell. The new SM Whitemane and the Old Scholomance bosses also retain their drops from before the updates. I hope i haven't induced false hope, but i really do hope they fix the ID issue.

Yeah, sources confirm that this does in fact drop for Alliance but not Horde.
