Tailoring enchant + Boa cloak exploit (+400ap proc for twinks)

The 50sta+30int enchant should work on the Boa legs. According someone who has deleted the tailoring, you don't even need tailoring level one to get this enchant work, because it is not an attribute benefits at end game.
