Issue with lags during combat

Hi everybody,

since the new patch hit live realms I got some serious lagging issues during combat.
Out of combat there are no lags at all, but at the moment I charge into a mob, it starts lagging and it even gets worse if there are 1+ mobs. I´ve never had any problems with lags before so I´m really confused right now, and don´t know what to do
I allready tried to lower the grafic to a minimum, but it didn´t has any effect on the lags.
I don´t know if it has something to do that I´m playing with an EU starter acc on US realms??
Hoping for sombody to tell me what I can do about it

Turn out of date addons off. Only use addons that are updated for 5.0.4.

Recount is what did it for me, turn that off.

I reset all game prefernces

Had this happen and DC me on my p2p lastnight while in a dungeon (as heals). Was nice of it to happen.
