It says to make a Panda, you need Mists. Does that mean F2P can't get panda?

There was a post I read saying that pandas will be available when Mop is released. The same is true for p2p and f2p alike.

I can say that Diabolical Plans won't drop for me, nor would they drop for Flynn. Resorting to Stillwater's Signet for my caster.

Considering the plans are dropping for some people but not for others, I would assume Blizzard just greatly reduced the drop rate? It was already relatively high, anyway.

Thoughts? Or has any horde got them as of 5.04? Blizz possibly made it an Alliance only quest.

I have not gotten it on Any Horde toons, and I farmed for 1 hour. It can only be concluded that it doesn't drop for us anymore.... Guess Stillwater Signet is the next best thing for casters

There's still Stillwaters; It's a pretty decent substitution. But I agree.. it's pretty lame how many gearing advantages alliance gets over horde. This now means for pretty much every class except leather casters Ally has the better gear.

I don't think the enchant bracer minor stamina enchant was grandfathered, or maybe it was a bug and was hotfixed

all the wrist enchants is still possible to get i got the 1 stam wrist on my druid worgen. The only item i saw removed is scarlet tabard

also argas x2 but you cant get that on f2p anyways

Not gear but: It appears that Recipe: Lean Venison is no longer available, as the vendor in Desolace never spawns in 5.0.4.

If you're wondering what the BFD is, Lean Venison lets you produce 2x +6 food buffs for only 1 Stag Meat.

Edit: Confirmed Recipe: Crispy Lizard Tail is still in game. And I just read that the Lion Steak now requires L25, so this now appears to be "BiS" food buff for horde.
