Rogues Doing Great!

It looked bleak for rogues, losing MOST mobility.

Rogues are doing wonderful, and I still personally find it one of the best classes at this time damage wise. Anyone else, thoughts on rogue?

"Losing all mobility" is not true. We still have +20% stealth speed which counts for alot.

Also many people came on TI with information from the beta saying that rogues were hitting pretty hard. It was the Negative Nancy's that were making everyone believe rogues weren't gonna be viable anymore (yes, right in your face willix).

I wish, the speed would be nice. But atm stuck nelf, but it isn't all bad.

I debated worgen or Nelf and went Nelf... I just bought 400 or so swift pots and mats for them.. problem solved... the shadowmeld racial is amazing if you use it right.
-as well as extra stealth level and stealth speed... I think Nelf is the new ally race for rogues.

I agree nelf would be the race to go with pots, but without pots worgen is the way to go!

Yeah! Rogues are a blast! You can still have speed in stealth and your damage is great...



































































...until you get hit with 1 cc/slow or your target simply runs out of your range. Rogues are fine for beating on skeying tards/mouth breathers that let you sit on them in pugs and do awesome damage with that ToT, but trying to sit on anyone that knows how to play is a nightmare especially with the resurgence of (somewhat) kiting Ds.

We're like the warriors of Cata atm. We can be amazing with support, but you'll be kited all day without it.

Surprisingly I enjoy my rogue right now. Maybe because it's like Slyddur said, we do great with support which I think is a great aspect of the game.

Luckily rogues have tons and tons of support now. With the base resil, your healers not ooming, you'll always have a place to shine in the gulch. The quality of bgs has gotten much better imo, not sure if that is just the PoV of a disc priest, but midchops lasting longer than 10 seconds is much more satisfying.
