My break down of the druid talent choices.

Talent explanations:
Wild Charge:
Unformed - 5-25 yd - flies to an ally's position
Bear - 8-25 yd - charge + immobilize (4 s)
Cat - 8-25 yd - leap behind + daze (3 s)
Moonkin - jump backward (cca 15-20 yd)
Travel - jump forward (20 yd)
Aquatic - 150% swim speed (5 s)

Displacer Beast:
Teleports the Druid up to 20 yards forward and activates Cat Form and Prowl.

Feline Swiftness:
(Passive) Increases your movement speed by 15%.

My thoughts and choice(s):
Wild Charge:
It has so many uses that it seemed like a no brainer at first, great ways to disengage, great ways to engage, great ways to just get around a bit quicker. I picked this one at first and I typically use this one, I would say about 95% of the time I'm using Wild Charge, it helps me get away from people I don't want to be near, it helps me get to people I want to be near, and when I'm flag carrying I can use it on people who are fighting (enemies and team mates) to get a little bit closer to the cap point.

If you're a Flag Carrier, and all you do is Flag Carry then maybe choose Feline Swiftness over this, but as for versatility I think Wild Charge is more useful than Feline Swiftness. As for Balance and Kitty I think this is your best choice by far, Kitty because if (for example) you're fighting a Mage and he blinks, you can be on him again in split seconds, and you're always in melee range if you're fighting so if you need to get away really quickly to heal up a bit you can switch to caster form and jump to an ally really quickly or travel form and jump away. Boomkins can use their Travel form wild charge to distance themselves from melee and kite all day long regardless of charges.

Displacer Beast:
This is what I have the other 5% of the time, I think this would be better on a Feral Druid than a Balance druid (I am Balance) but it is such a fun ability to have and the cooldown isn't that bad, so I switch it out from time to time to have a little fun. Certainly better on kitty druids, but it can come in handy during the right situations.
Sadly, this doesn't teleport you 20 yards in a random direction like it had been rumored to for a long time, it may have in the beta and they might have changed it, or it may have never been that way, but I was somewhat looking forward to that as it sounded nice.

Feline Swiftness:
As I said previously, I think this is only *really* handy if you're purely a Flag Carrier, but it is also good for when people are trying to kite you (Which, if you're a kitty druid and they have the slightest bit of brain function they will be kiting you) then this can be that extra edge to keep up with them, especially classes with slows. It's passive, so you always have the boost, whereas with Wild Charge you can only do it once every fifteen seconds. So it really falls down to play-style.
