Druid Travel Form Leap

Has anyone noticed that the mechanic for this is insanely sloppy? It does not seem to operate like goblin jump, or even disengage, if I am in mid air i seem to plummet straight to the ground, or nothing happens at all. If I'm running downhill, again i just leap into the floor. The only time this seems effective is when you run on flat ground. Idk if its just me, wanted to see if anyone else noticed anything.

On another note, the caster form leap is super cool, especially around the top of tunnel areas.
 
Yeah, the travel form was already very clumsy and shit in PTR. I was hoping they would fix it and make it better when the actual patch comes out, but I guess that is not the case then. It work's pretty much like a blink.

Another thing I was disappointed on when playing PTR was feral charge not functioning like a shadowstep. I mean come on, if rogues can mysteriously teleport in the back of an opponent, how can't a huge cat do the same but just leap?
 
Yeah the travel form itself is really clunky and not easy to maneuver with i feel. Right now, with the stag model being so big, the leap feels more just like a quick space bar jump forward.
 
Was killing a feral druid FC and he leaped from tunnel up to TOT onto one of my teammates.

Sadly I can't compete with that on my rogue :( .
 
Yeah, jump is sloppy as hell. If you charge while jumping out of water you charge into the ground below.
