Problems with TI and Google Chrome? Site Freezing

So Chrome is my browser of choice. Recently (started up maybe 2 weeks ago?) I've been having serious problems viewing/using TI. I'm positive that it has nothing to do with my computer or internet as viewing any other site works fine and I'm relatively certain it's a problem exclusive to Chrome.

Here's what happens:
-Sometimes when i scroll up on a page to reread something, the page freezes and I can no longer scroll down
-Opening multiple tabs is practically a death sentence; all of the tabs will either be blank white pages or will only load 10% of the entire page
-Posting a comment takes considerably longer than it used to and I often need to copy/paste and retry until it actually posts
-Pages just won't load at all
-Pages will intermittently freeze for seemingly no reason at all
-When typing in boxes/comments I won't see anything appear and then everything will appear all at once
-Things just don't work smoothly

Long story short, it took me three attempts to get this thread posted. Not sure what's going on, but any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not entirely sure this is something anyone can fix but I figured it was worth asking. Thanks in advance!

I am also suffering from all of these issues on TI alone.

Things that have been done to mitigate this issue:

- Disabled addons that have been installed in the past 2-3 weeks.
- Pruned each and every forum so that it only shows threads that have had a post in the past month.
- Cleared the site cache.

Please let me know if there are any improvements.

yeah been done with all of that, disabling addons and all. Still freezes constantly.
