I'm probs just gonna delete toons and or move 85's to another account. That way the account wide achies i have will be only ones that my twinks have earnt. Will just trade gold from 1 account to the other.

It seems that deleting a character will not delete the achievments attached/ earned by said character. From what i can tell however, if you have not logged in on a character yet their achievment points will not be added untill you do so.
