Can we still convert Honor->Justice after tomorrows patch? Like, is it possible on the PTR? Because I almost have enough for my JP chest.

I wasn't on the PTR at all, but you should be able to just fine. I haven't seen and wouldn't expect anything to the contrary. All that should be happening with the vendors tomorrow is Valor/Conquest being converted to JP/Honor. The only items that will be gone from the vendors are the level 85 PvP pieces with a rating requirement (because the arena/RBG season is ending).
