the pre patch is on saturday from what i've heard, and the actual expansion comes out in september

Guild Wars 2 is "on Saturday" -> although servers will be up in 2 days 27 minutes.

MoP prepatch will be live on the 28th, playable on the 29th

MoP release is 25 September.

You're confused a little
Conquest will convert to honor, with every honor point above cap giving 35 silver instead.
Valor will convert to justice, with I assume the same unit conversion (35 silver).
We can't get conquest or valor points, so nothing is happening to our honor points.
