I've been looking and can't seem to locate a thread about getting hit capped. And I don't mean just against 20's; I'm tired of missing at a critical moment against a 24 in a BG. Drives me freakin' nuts.
That was 23/skull, though it might be against 24s too
and it is completely 100% impossible for any caster spec besides shadow priests, balance druids, and elemental shamans to get near enough hit against 24s
And he also did so with under 1k hp; also, only 17% should have only capped him against 23s. Unless you're an alliance rogue/hunter it just doesn't make sense to even consider stacking hit for 24s.
As for hit capping against 20s, you need 8 hit for spell, 11 for melee (to add to Cer's post)
