On the Cloak enchant, its +1 all stats, no idea on the boa/keeshans
Racial's have been changed to -1% from that school(no idea if that scale,but think not)

Which cloak enchant specifically? (The +3 resist?)

+1 resist changed to +1 stats, so +5 resist might change to +5 stats

Unless there the only items with resist, and thus become OP'd
Dont think that'l happen, certainly for the boa 2H mace

Even though they still have resist on them, it doesn't do anything.

Spell pen changes to PvP power. Resilience changes to PvP defense. Resistances (to all) change to stats. specific resistances may change to some thing else which is unknown atm.

If anything, they will probably change it to reducing damage taken rather than resisting.

Or 15 more haste's on hte feral boa's
I have no idea on resistances, other then you can no longer resist spells(it may still have the dmg reduction effect )
