LF New TI Moderators -- Information Inside!

With the discontinuation of the Bracket Manager usergroup and the issues that Mocha and Broken were having, it is time that TI rebuilds it moderating core from the ground up.

I am currently looking for 3 moderators to help me with the bettering of TI. I am well aware that things have gotten bad over the last 8 months (since around November-December 2011) and it is time to get things back on track for MoP and beyond.

If you have some ideas on how to put TI back on the map and love this community, then I have no doubt that you will be a wonderful candidate for a moderator position here on TI.

It's sad to see the Bracket Manager usergroup discontinued...I feel as if a neutral BM can be a very effective moderator in a popular forum section without having to face the side effects of a staff member getting his hands dirty all the time in simple matters.
 
I think that Silin did her job as a moderator and was very neutral(which is what TI needs). I am not fully aware of what exactly transpired with the Eliot drama but I can't help but feel like she was unfairly caught up in the middle of it.

I also have to agree with Sneaky's views on Bracket Manager.

I could not agree more. I have reached out to Sil and we are discussing some things.
 
Aww, I really liked having Bracket Managers.

Hopefully the new moderators are wonderful.

Any idea, at this time, when the new moderators will be chosen?
 
We are keeping applications open until August 30th as a lot of people are getting ready for school and getting back to reality after summer.
